OTTOKIND at the SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN 2025 in Essen

From September 15 to 19, international experts met in Essen for SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN, the world’s leading trade fair for joining, cutting and coating technology. OTTOKIND also had a strong presence at the fair and presented its workplace solutions for industry and trade in Hall 1, Stand C29.

Ergonomic welding tables from the multi4flex series

The focus of the trade fair presentation was on the electrically height-adjustable welding tables from the multi4flex series. They combined safety, ergonomics and flexibility and were suitable for manual welding as well as for use with robotics. The height adjustment with digital display and memory function ensured a stable, individually adapted working position – a decisive contribution to the health and performance of employees.

The tables were equipped with a cobot from Universal Robots and a welding machine from EWM GmbH for the trade fair. Visitors were able to experience live how the tables can be seamlessly integrated into automated production processes.

OTTOKIND presented the tables in different versions, including the heavy-duty version with a load capacity of up to 2,000 kg and a more compact model with up to 500 kg for smaller workpieces or limited space. Welding plates from Siegmund are fitted as standard, but additional system perforations and modular extensions can be implemented on request. Customized solutions and retrofits are also part of the portfolio.
